The art work is out of this world beautiful but the customer service is the WORST! The owner Tina is nasty (smart at the mouth), argumentative and arrogant. She changes the price base on how she feels about you that day. I loved my designs when I got them done there and (I have been 6 times) but I REFUSE to take the disrespect. Not once had there been a time that I have gone and not had to encounter hearing or being in an argument. This is suppose to be a place to relax.-NOT!!!! I was told that "she is the best so she does not have to be nice". I totally disagree-Not when I'm spending my money. Besides its just nails, I'll pass. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN and I will not refer people there either.
"Tina" the manager/Owner is very disrespectful and condescending. She's not very helpful when you have an issue.
Don't waste your time here. I waited for 30 mins just for my nails to look sloppy. She barely filed my nails. If I'm paying $27 for a fill in (regular polish) I expect a certain kind of result. And I definitely didn't get that here.
Tina and Nikki are awesome. They are caring and hilarious... they are always joking with each other (they translate the Vietnamese). I have gone to their salon every 2 weeks for almost a year. Nails are always gorgeous.

Never do your pedicure with men working in this store. The only think they do care is about money. Very noisy place.
There isn't a restroom in salon. You have to go around the corner and use mall bathroom. I had just finished getting my pedicure and I had another 30 minute wait before my nails were going to get started. I told my tech that I was going to run to use the restroom. Nail tech followed me as if I was going to not pay.
Not custumer care oriented at all.
