This place is the worse not only do they not know what there doing but have the most unprofessional workers their. The day before I was suppose to get my rental I called in & was told my car was set aside the day I go to pick it up a gentleman tells me calmly that he gave it to someone else. What's the purpose of telling me you have my car ready one day before so that the day of you give it to someone else. Never got a sorry never tried to do anything to fix it. Instead I was told they would call me as soon as one came in. They had the nerve to call me until the next day. Not sure whose controlling how they do their things but maybe they should do a better job.
Worst rental experience ever. We showed up a few hours after our reservation start time and this location had given away our car. The person at the counter stated that was allowable per their "no show" policy - a policy which was not part of the terms and conditions of our rental nor available online. They had a car in a different class available, but rather than offering it to us at our original rate, they demanded an extra $150. I rent cars at least once a month and have never had a company give my car away and then charge me more for the replacement.
I love to rent from Hertz and Anna the manager of this location is a fine example of the customer service that keeps me coming back. On a day that she had limited inventory she got me into some wheels and got me on my way. Thank you Anna!
Rented a car for a week. The car was dirty inside and out. I called in to extend the rental dates and received nothing short of rudeness and unprofessional assistance.
