I always have a very positive experience at Enterprise on Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring. Great customer service. I just wish they gave me the car full of gas. It's easier to return it full than to have to match the partial tank.
Have had almost all great experiences renting from this place. Great customer service (friendly, knowledgeable, easy going). Sometimes there is a line but the staff do what they can to keep it moving. The place would benefit from some more and more comfy seating and a few coffee tables and magazines.
Also was greeted by an Asian woman looked like she was the manager. 3 feet in the door head was up and greeted me, made my minimal wait seem shorter.
Loved the experience.. They were really kind & helpful. Plus I got discounts I didn't know we're available. Great people

Also a younger African American gentleman rushed in to help and apologize when he realized there was someone waiting.

When I need to rent a car service was great. After my service was done and the car was return .I was told it would take a day for my refund would be return to my card fine. Then I read the site that stated 5 -10 business days. I call the many 1800 number was told that a message would be sent to the location to give me a call with the status. NEVER did i get my call. Ever time I call this location no answer. AM get PISSED
My sales professional, I believe his name was Richie, they were 2 other young ladies there the day I rented, one I spoke to on the phone younger African American young lady met her when I came in, very professional and pleasant the other helped me when I returned the vehicle, I believe she may have been Latina. I didn't catch their names though.
