After moving to the neighborhood a year ago, I have frequented this post office quite often. The people who work here are incredibly friendly and up beat. Going to any post office isn't particularly fun, but I alway leave here reminded that good customer service and positive energy go a long way.
The shopping center seems to be closing and this place has been a gem. Very few lines, friendly staff, lots of self serve which helps keep the lines short. I hope it relocates!
Tremendous improvement in the past couple of years. Complete the USPS online survey using the website on your receipt. I think the feedback helps the management gauge customer service skills.
I’ve been using this Post Office since 2008 when they were located on 2nd Avenue. I’m sad to see that they will have to move again. Regardless they have great customer service especially when dealing with difficult customers or rude ones. The space is small so the line can get long quick but I don’t mind when the staff is so nice. There’s usually always someone helping the people in line to expedite the process and helping people use the kiosk to keep the line down. I appreciate all the people working here.
