Good selection of paints.
I came in and I was immediately greeted. The sales associate, I forgot his name, was very helpful in finding items I had picked out online. He was helpful in asking what type of project I was doing and even asked questions (had I not known what i was doing) that would have been very helpful in making sure the products worked together and that I had the correct tools and water-based items. He asked me to sign up for the email list to make sure I received a discount and he even helped carry the heavy box to my car. I was very pleased with my experience. I had won a gift card and had a project to do for a client, but have only shopped there maybe once in the past. I work in a luxury design showroom, so I am very conscious of how thorough associates are, and how easy they make it. You can tell when people enjoy working and what they do. It really makes a difference. I am usually a Lowes girl, but I will definitely come back for my next project. :)
Excellent customer service! People here are so helpful with my concerns and they have reasonably-priced quality paint. I recommend this store for any painting needs.
I visited this store today and the staff were very friendly and matched my paint chip EXACTLY!!!! i have used their Duration line before and it looks new years later. Very durable and no blistering.
