Can’t go wrong with this one.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen such bad quality in terms of picture and color. Just saw Coco and not only was the picture blurry in some spots, the color was noticeably terrible. To make things worse, they cut the edges of the film off to fill the screen. Bad projection Managment. Not worth the $15. Take your money to a place that cares what the film looks like.

I go here regularly and they are in the midst of upgrading all the screening rooms to leather recliners and reserved seating (currrently 11-14 on being worked on). They have upgraded all the kiosks as well which makes scanning your Regal Crown Club Card no longer a big pain. I have seen well over 100+ movies here and have always experienced great customer service and the facilities and bathrooms have always been kept clean. I wish that they would actually use the 2nd snack bar in the back but for some reason it is never open. The IMAX Screen does not have recliners FYI. I only dock a star because the concession prices are a little lofty, the arcade games need to be updated a little, and the usage of the space in the front of the theatre is wasted and could be put to much better use with sitting areas or a coffee bar or something. Note: 90% of my movie going is on weekdays not weekends.

I saw Star Wars: The Last Jedi in theater 1. The projection was ‘muddy’. I’m not sure if it’s an old projector that needs a new bulb or what, but the picture quality was very poor for a $14 movie. The audio was fine. Seats comfortable too (although the recliner next to mine closed onto my backpack which had my laptop in it, and it broke the screen. Would hate to think of a child’s arm caught on that thing closing). The temperature of the theater itself hovered around 50°-60°. It’s super cold outside but O was hoping the theater would have been a bit more warm. The $8 medium popcorn was stale and lacked any sort of taste. Coke Zero was okay but flat.

Over the course of a year, this has become one of my regular spots. Decent service, and very comfortable seats. The staff are actually very accommodating and friendly.

I went to watch Thor Ragnorok at this place. It was my first time there and I loved it! Comfortable seats, 90's feel and great IMAX theater. Although there were only 2 people running the ticket booth, it wasn't crowded and we got our ticket easy and fast. Will visit more often.
