Refused to honor the living social voucher we bought this morning. The owner was standing right at he counter and I showed him the email that came into my mailbox that morning advertising the living social and he still refused to honor it and said that I should ask for a refund. Too bad because the food is good but the customer service is horrid. This also happened some months back when I brought in a voucher from another vendor. So frustrating
The food was excellent! We ordered one Sugar and Butter Crepe and added bananas for our daughter and one Brunch Savory Crepe to split between the hubby and I. They were both so good! I also had an iced latte that was amazing. Our order wasn't right when it came to the table but they fixed it. The service was a little less than excellent, they were having a private conversation and we had no utensils so I had to wait a bit and we mentioned several times that their was no hand soap in the restroom and they never got around to replacing it. I usually travel with sanitizer to use in emergency cases so it was ok. I totally understand that things happen and won't let any of that deter me from returning.
Great crepes! I tried the savory grilled chicken with cheese, tomato and pesto which was good, and a Nutella and banana crepe for dessert. It was a lot of food for me. You might consider splitting a savory and dessert crepe between two people, if you're still hungry you can always buy something extra. The ambiance is a bit low-budget but if the weather is nice there are some tables outside where you can enjoy some fresh air.
Talk about comfort food... The only place I go to looking for Crepes. Awesome service, friendly staff and great selection of Crepes.
The food is good, but definitely don't expect service with a smile. Tried this place on a voucher. The person at the register informed me that they no longer accept their Groupon/Living Social vouchers. She eventually relented, but not before letting me know what an imposition it was. When I returned the dishes after eating, I complimented them on their crepes and was pretty much ignored. Too bad, I would have liked to have returned. What's the point of issuing a voucher if only to alienate potential return business?
